「The VRBO was cute. For what we paid, I would’ve liked to see better. The rugs under the bed and couch were very dirty. Multiple spills of random things all over them. We were given one washcloth and one hand towel for a family of four, on a 4 day trip. There wasn’t one towel hanger to hang a towel on, after our showers, in the bathroom. 「We had a wonderful week in NY, and the apartment definitely contributed to that. The location is perfect. It has great potential but could use a bit more care. Ideally, it's best for a maximum of 3 people to stay, not 4. But thank you anyway.」

「We loved our stay here! The room was perfect for a comfortable stay, just pick up your own groceries and necessities, then you’ll be fine! We had constant communication with the property staff and check in was seamless through the app. The neighborhood felt very safe, quiet, and is only a few blocks away from the subway. Would stay here again!」

「The space for this townhome is great—though it’s wildly expensive. At the price, I’d spring for a luxury hotel with services like working WiFi, decor, etc. it was a good amount of room for our big family, but the place is just so unfinished, it wasn’t quite as luxurious as it looked. There were boxes of decor all over, a broken fridge that constantly beeped, a broken dishwasher, and a broken cabinet door. 」

「The description was not clear that the property was six floors! We had an 85 year old and 71 year old and they struggled navigating the property. Also never ever ever had hot water. This was an expensive place in which to have such a disappointing experience. Location was great though. 」

「I find this property a little hard to review. The space was great and I was happy with the cleanliness. The location is perfect and seems very safe (as did all of New York).There are a few things that could definitely do with an upgrade but that was ok.Main negatives were that the wifi and tv didn’t work for the first 4 days and the heating didn’t work until day 5. 「Was a wonderful stay and everything worked. They could have used more pillows but the bed was very comfortable and they had plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, etc in the kitchen. Kid friendly and the building was nice and a good neighborhood!They do need to do something about the curtains for the high windows as the street light shines in all night!Thanks for a great stay - way better than a hotel! We will be back!!!」

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
