「The breakfast and front desk are good ，but the room cleaning was terrible, on the first day the bed sheets were very wrinkled and didn't seem to have been changed, there were 5 of us but the toilet only had half a roll of toilet paper. The next day when we returned to the room I found that the toilet bowl still had obvious urine in it that had not been cleaned.」

「The staff here was very nice - excellent. But when we checked in and put our suitcases in our room, within 5 minutes, a tow truck had booted our car. We had just arrived and hadn't yet put our parking tag on our car. It seemed VERY aggressive. We stopped him in time, but if we hadn't, this wouldv'e been horrible. The property is near the Market Square and that's adorable - great food and shops - a must see. We walked to the. River Walk - about 15 minutes - an easy walk. All around good....

「The staff is fantastic! Anthony was at the check in desk and made us feel very welcome. The only negative was our corner street side room was very noisy between 4-6 am with the garbage trucks. We will stay there again but maybe not in that room. The hotel is pet friendly and easy to manage our dog.」

「For a hotel of this price range, there is no free bottled water in the room. You need to buy it in the lobby. Hope it can be improved.」
