"Staff is nice!... but management or leadership is nonexistent. Facility is in dire need of remodel as price does not match quality. Not a great idea to leave room keys in the lobby on a maid cart (most days) for anyone to steal. TV mount was on the room in the wall but no TV as advertised. Sorry but just true facts. "

"Wonderful beachfront little property in the center of Mui Né with all services around. Room and furniture are older but well-maintained and comfortable. The 2 ladies taking care of the place are lovely and doing a really good job at maintaining the grounds and the pool. Infinity pool is really nice, long enough to do laps if you are a swimmer and the water is clean and clear. Breakfast was wonderful with table service compared to the disappointing one I had the day before at a supposedly 4-star property. So, overall, really impressed for a 2-star property. The reviews and ratings did not lie."

"This place is just amazing. I think it's the nicest resort we have ever stayed in. Beautiful, well looked after and clean. Food was delicious and load options for breakfast. Maybe evening entertainment could be better ( Vietnamese couture) Apart from that it was absolutely beautiful and will definitely recommend. "

"The location, food available and staff were fantastic. The pool is nice and pleasant and so was our room (Double Sea-View). Shops and other restarants/bars nearby. It is a perfect hotel to unwind and relax with plenty of loungers available on the private beach. Võ Bích Thùy, who works in the Waterlily restaurant, was a great waitress! Her friendliness and enthusiasm was awesome, and she warned me away from having a raw fish dish one night (I wasn't aware it'd be raw) so is aware that whats suitable for some nationalities may not be okay for others. There were very few British guests at Hoang Ngoc Resort, and this, for us, was a bonus. It was a very pleasant escape for 9 nights and extremely good value for money. Although it is a 3.5hr drive, the hotel provides a modern air-conditioned transfer taxi with a safe and experienced driver who collected us and took us back to Saigon for only £60 each way! The gardens are exceptionally lovingly maintained and a brilliant addition to the Resort. The tropical fish, birds, and butterflies are all lovely and make the morning walk from the rooms to the pool/beach an absolute delight. All in all it provided great value for money and a wonderful escape from the thriving hustle and bustle of Saigon."
