「Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo 3 notti (dal 1 al 3 novembre). Per un mio errore credevamo di aver prenotato anche la quarta notte. Quindi consapevoli di ciò nn abbiamo effettuato il check-out il giorno e l’orario previsto, o meglio abbiamo effettuato il check-out 4 ore dopo. Tutto ciò sottolineo fatto in buonafede . 「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space.
