“This property is easy to navigate, well-lit, tidy, pet friendly, & very convenient for our weekend get-away. We visited family close by, we were able to bring our 13 year old dog. The only caveat, was navigating around the sleeping area. It was difficult getting in and out an the bed, but the bed was comfortably ”

“Cute, adorable apartment right on the Mississippi River. Apartment came fully equipped, from garbage bags and paper towels to a fully stocked kitchen. The apartment was roomy, super clean and very comfortable to stay in. I was working in the area with 3 other people and we all comfortably shared the apartment for a month. All of us loved the apartment and were happy with the accommodations. The owner was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of, whenever we called with questions he answered……

“An absolute gem! The decor was stylish, thoughtfully designed, and made the space feel warm and inviting. The location is perfect--close to everything! I felt completely safe and at ease during my stay. This place had every amenity I could ask for--fully stocked kitchen, cozy bedding, fast wi-fi, and 2 smart TVs. Communication with the host was excellent. Kyle was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Every detail was well taken care of, making the trip seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend……

“I needed a place to stay while visiting for work in Davenport. The apartment was very clean and check in process was smooth. It was a bit farther from downtown than I expected but close enough to the freeway that it wasn’t an issue. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions and concerns setting my mind at ease. I appreciated the central air during the heat wave and a suggestion would be a fan upstairs to keep the air circulating and larger curtains for the living room since……

“We had a great stay here! The room was clean and spacious, perfect for one night. Breakfast in the morning was good. Only issue we ran into was the confirmation I had was different to the front desk so my parents couldn’t check in without me. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience ”
