We contacted vrbo and spoke to someone who managed to contact the host who said to message him on what’s app but apart from him asking to see my booking information which I sr t him I had no response so I wasn’t able to stay at the property so I would like a full refund please」

「Enjoyed property」

「Really enjoyed the stay, the yurt was great and the spa sort of expensive but at the same time where else gives you full ownership of a spa for 3 hours? Not many places so for that I would say it was worth it. Very clean shower facilities were great. The yogurt itself is not very private because it’s so close to the manor when you walk out the door you’re in view of the top windows however it’s located 15 minutes away from a few different trails which were really fun to take the dog. 「The Barn was superb, the only thing that let it down was the pub opposite wasn’t open until the Wednesday of our stay and didn’t serve food until the Friday and that was the day of our homecoming.」

「A lovely little cabin by a lake at the back of the owner's house (great distance between. Felt secluded and peaceful. Was great waking up and feeding the chickens, guinea fowl, geese and ducks with a cup of tea looking at the lake. A great spot to unplug and relax. Fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, central heating, cooker, kettle etc. a few more utensils would be handy. Highly recommend a stay here and the owners, Amanda and Barry are friendly, helpful and good folk.」

「A lovely property exactly what we expected from the photographs but the view was unexpected and really added to our stay. 「The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were amazing and very good with the children - the meals were worth the money! Our room was immaculate! The facilities were fab. Only niggle was the phone didn't work in our room and so I had to go to reception to order room service... They still charged me the £5 tray fee, which I thought they could have waivered due to the phone not working. But, they were very helpful and friendly 」

「游泳池和gym好舒服，晚上和第二日早上都有去，更衣室設備齊全，有按摩池和桑拿。房間有點熱，但有配備額外的風扇，沒有很辛苦，感謝酒店晚上提供免費的雪條。停車位已包在房價內，如果付費的話是£5一日。窗台有點髒，房內也沒有內線電話，有一點不方便。但主要為了游泳池而來，而且房價便宜，整個旅程過得很不錯，前台服務很好，非常友善。不用自助入住，有職員為客人check in。」
