「Great house in a lovely village that we knew nothing about before this trip Juliet provided all the information we needed prior to the stay and her house is very welcoming and a very good base to stay in Lots of little gifts in the house on arrival add to the overall great experience we’ve had」

「Amazing little cottage. Very well equipped, spotlessly clean, comfy and a great location for exploring the Norfolk coast. Parking was the only minor downside as had to park jn 3 different spots during our stay but dont let that put you off, still well worth it. 「I was in town visiting a friend for nearly two weeks, and this little pod was such a delightful place to stay! Situated in a very charming Japanese garden, it was plenty private, cozy and comfortable. It also seemed bigger inside than the pictures might make it look. The hosts Ian and Caz were so kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They stocked a basket with all kinds of snacks and breakfast foods and even brought us some home baked cake and scones. 「Jasmine cottage has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay away from home. I went with my daughters, and a small dog, to explore the area and do plenty of walking. November is a great time to go. The beaches are mostly empty. Bird life is amazing. There are lots of trails as well as the Norfolk coastal path. I am vegan and one daughter is veggie. 「A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win. The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. 」

「Lovely house, all as described or better. We were afraid that the garden might be too exposed to the road and hadn't actually realised that there was an additional bit behind the house. In the event, weather wasn't really good enough to spend much time in the garden but would have been great.. 「Lovely little fisherman’s cottage, perfect for 2 and our dogs. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and lounge area with a log burner which was cosy in the evenings. Excellent proximity to Wells and all its amenities. 」

「The property was a bit unloved. No carpets anywhere, just felt cold. Mind the owner was very good, we struggled with the Tv and he got back to us, quickly and the problem got solved. 」

「Excellent as always. This has been my go to hotel when travelling to the area for the past 15 years. The only criticism is that breakfast is maybe lacking a little. The continental choice should have fresh croissants and a slightly better all round selection. Apart from that minor criticism I would definitely recommend the Barnham Broom」
