「Chris, I have been staying there for 3 years straight and this year 4 of us rented the unit. However 2 of the group at the last minute could not come. Then I get an email that another $100 is due for excess cleaning to be paid!! We left the place almost as we found it. Towels were washed( (2) and I forgot to strip the bedding. Where does this so called $100 cleaning bill come from? I always pay in full to avoid this type of situations. Both of us are 66 uears old and we had 1 6 pack of beer...
