"Relaxing holiday and easy access to interesting places like Dovrefjell. Not too far from great mountains, fjords, summer ski centres and much more. Saw 3 muskox (take great care though!) and enjoyed a heatwave and Norways National Day. A little away from major tourism so very good atmosphere. "

"We stayed for one night and also ate both dinner and breakfast here. We were happy with our stay. The people who manage the space were helpful and friendly. We appreciated their hard work. Everything was clean. The pub-type food, while nothing extraordinary, was enjoyable and - again - the service was good and prompt. This is not a "hotel" in the same way that a Scandic or Radisson is. It is a guest-house, with rooms, bathrooms and beds similar to those you might find at a summer-camp. ...

"The accommodation was as expected. The problems arose about checking in. To access the property you are sent a keypad code for the main entrance and the unit. The codes did not work. The staff was able to remotely unlock the doors but could not rectify the problem. This meant we could not leave the apartment or we would be locked out. Not the best situation. The staff offered to let us back in remotely if we called back. Not a situation I was comfortable with. "

"After checking in we asked the front desk staff to help us with an unusual request and he didn’t hesitate to help us! He was fantastic! Then when checking out, I had multiple questions regarding the fjords, and she answered all of my questions and even looked things up on the computer for me. Very helpful and I appreciated it so much!"

"had a business trip for 5 days in the local area found this very charming hotel. Still a little off season but was made welcome and had a very nice time. Limited choice for evening meal but all meals where very nice and authentic room was very clean and warm with great view across the fjord. Town is small but has a fuel station and supermarket. A very nice place to have a stop over or longer stay. would stay again. "
