No sign on floor which parking lots is for customers, so I drove in front of Hotel, The parking in front of hotel is free of charge between 6:00pm to 8:00am, but we need drive away at next day morning to Hotel parking lots if you are not go out early, but the hotel parking was full on my day. Just little inconvenience for me about this.」

「Great place for an overnight stay in Dover. Especially, if Dover is your cruise port. A great location if your intention is to spend a few days exploring Dover. Highly recommend you contact this property ahead of time should you require securing your luggage prior to checking in or after checking out. Room #6 is on the top floor (2nd floor) accessible by stairs only. Room #6 has a very small ensuite bathroom which includes a very small shower. This shower is difficult to enter and exit if...

「Lovely hotel and service with good sized rooms and clean with great staff」

「Loved this place! Was up the road, around the Dover area in Kent, desperately looking for a place to stay for night at a reasonable price & everything I could find was very expensive or selling out, then after hours of searching, this New Hotel came up on my Internet search! I drove to it immediately, wasn't many minutes drive, to check out if it was ok & couldn't believe my eyes! No car park, on a broad street beside row of shops & Police Station right opposite which feels safe & row of parking...

「Beautiful old building but run down. Cold water not connected to shower and hot water not connected to sink. Needs a thorough cleaning. Carpet needs replacing. No one on duty at front desk. Manager is doing the best he can, very polite and kind. 」

「Lovely stay, very convenient to the train station, cliffs walk and castle. Kitchen and laundry facilities available for use which was nice. Only downside was the sink in our room did not drain well so we didn’t really get to use it properly. 」

「Very spacious and well-equipped cottage in ideal position for exploring the area although you need to be careful on the surrounding roads which are narrow with poor visibility.」

「I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry.」
