「We arrived to a view friendly welcome and shown to a lovely room overlooking the sea, The position on the promenade couldn't be more perfect. The building has been beautifully updated but maintains lovely georgian features in particular the bay windows overlooking the sea. Breakfast was lovely and we were especially pleased when we explained we would miss Saturday breakfast as we were doing Parkrun - no problem - the lovely owners simply put back breakfast time for us. 「My bedroom was slightly noisy over night, as it was adjacent to the kitchen with its freezers or other machines, working through the night. Really enjoyed my stay there, staff extremely helpful and building was very clean , inside and out . Would definitely stay again.」

「Nice location, no phone signal. Unfortunately our room had a leak in the bathroom, so it has a very wet floor most of the stay. The bed was comfortable and the host was friendly & helpful, but the room was not very clean, with dust & cobwebs all over. The shower hose was encrusted which wasn’t very appealing. We did not eat there, so cannot comment on the food, but the room TV was not working either, as the box was not tuned in, as per the photograph. An interesting note was that there was no...

「Perfect lovely B&B with host and team who are thr most attentive and caring. Room (two bedroom we had for 4 of us) was perfect in clenlisness and decor. Location is outstanding , breakfast was lovely and all in everything is perfection 」

「The host, Justin, is an amazing one-man-band. Incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was lovely; clean, bright and warm. Each day my fridge was restocked with water and fresh milk. The breakfast was always fabulous, especially the poached eggs (perfect!). Plenty of parking (free) and beautiful countryside, though not far from all amenities (3 min drive). Pub within walking distance. I will definitely stay again and will recommend to visiting friends and family. 」
