「Very cute hotel in the highlands, located on the loch. Loved our room and the small veranda overlooking the lake. The food was very good and more of a fine dining experience which suits me. If you are more of a fish and chip kind of person Portree is very close and offer plenty of places to get excellent fish and chips. 」

「The hotel is kind of remote from the Main street of Portree; on the other hand, it’s very quiet and peaceful so that the visitors can fully enjoy the beauty of nature in Isle Skye. The room we stay is pretty simple but it’s clean and tidy. Most important of all, we have the great view of lake. Cloe, the front desk staff, shows her hospitality to make our stay even better.」

「Absolutely stunning. This hotel feels like it is at the ends of the earth, but it is so worth the effort to get there! Our room looked out on the North Sea with sweeping, gorgeous views. The staff was the best - all helpful. They suggested hikes in the area and pointed us to things the locals enjoy, making our stay even better. The restaurant was terrific - excellent food and staff. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to returning soon. 」
