The property was very nice and the staff was friendly. However there was only one entrance to the property and it was under some basic road construction on the other entrance. Not at all bad or noisy just a little inconvenient because I had to drive all the way around to leave and come out ensure the insurance that other vehicles and things coming in. It was just a tight fit

It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The room smells awful. They wouldn't change my room. It was terrible service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Ended up not coming at expected time so we canceled. When getting to town was going to stay, but upon reaching the hotel it was horrible. Doung construction couldnt even pull in the one entrace. Huge gaps where concrete is being replaced im assuming. They could tell people when booking. Went to comfort inn next door and it was wonderful plus was 30.00 cheaper and we even got a king suite.

I made it to the property a couple hours early like I have at other local properties around here this week and I asked what is the earliest check in and the guy who wasn't that pleasant looking and very unwelcoming says 230 and it was around 1 he said 20 dollars and you can check in early so I said I will wait do you have a restroom I could use please I really need to use it real quick and he looks with the grumpy look and says no I said ok I'll just pay the 20 extra because I need to go and I did. The entrance to this place has been under some type of construction for years now and only gotten worse it's sketchy to say the least. Just a bad experience from the beginning. I asked mr grumpy if they are ever going to fix the entrance he just shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. Sad how much this place continues to go downhill and makes the surrounding establishments look bad

We checked in got to our room the steps going up to the room look very un safe and busted, get to the room and its very drity, sheet have stuff all over them. Then we see black spots on the bed that look like bed bugs. We went to office to tell them we could not stay here and they told us we could not get our money back. We have a kid that just had chest surgery and can not chances being in a drity environment so we are out almost 90$ and thats not right. Will not be going and do not know how to get my money back

Fixture on front door falling apart and hardly attached; no hangers; sink almost unusable due to design; bad attempt at painting the room; they never answer the front desk phone; dirty/ugly bathroom tile grout with a DRAIN in the middle as if it were rest area bathrooms; GFI outlet for hair dryer kept tripping due to overload (took 20 min to finish drying my hair because it kept tripping!); a LOT of rust spots covering towel holder in bathroom which was crooked; front door was patched and had a gap that made it not close well unless it was deadbolted; no robe hook on back of bathroom door - just two holes where one used to be. At the front of the property for the five nights I had to endure this place, septic tank had been unearthed along with another huge backhoed hole. No telling HOW long it has been that way. Staff was very hard to communicate with as they are East Indian with very heavy accents. They never mentioned a breakfast either - assume it was only a "breakfast bag" anyway as there was not a room indicating even a continental-style setup was offered. Just an overall shameful, shameful, shameful experience!

Wish I had read the reviews. It is a dump. The front portico is actually falling down, held up by 4x4's, blocked off you can't walk or park under it. I see it has been that way since at least July 2024. I stayed in November 2024. Don't know why the building inspector has not shut it down. Rooms and furniture old and shabby but clean. Unsafe! And literally surrounded, a stones throw away from any direction, by every hotel chain in the US such as Hampton, Comfort, Motel6, etc. At least 20 hotels in a 2 mile stretch. Pick one of them instead.
