「First off when arriving at the property there was no onsite parking as advertised, there was parking to the rear which you would think were for there but was told it was private and was not anything to do with the property and told there was small parking bays just up from the front of the property which were on a public road and were all full, to me this is not classed as onsite parking, onsite parking is parking designated for the property and owned by the property. 「We stayed for one night overnight at the hotel and can honestly say it was just basic. The condition of the room was not great, as we soon discovered the lightning did not work properly and the kettle in the room was dysfunctional (reported) The bathroom was clearly in need of renovation as the flooring which was used to cover the sides of the bathtub was peeling away. The window blinds had portions missing and the curtains were hanging off. We also noted a strong draught from the window but...

「Great stay. Perfect to access the Brecons. Everything we needed in the studio. Very comfortable, clean, quiet with all facilities needed for our stay. 」

We have to leave some alerts on as husband receives medical alerts overnight. It may not be a problem for those who can switch a do not disturb on. 「Lovely house in a nice location. A river at the back wirh a field of sheep to overlook. It is in a small and very quiet estate. We did not hear anyone. All we could hear was the river. The house is all you need for a stay, clean, well equipped, good communucation. Parking at the front. There were 5 of us , 2 adults and 3 children, 13, 10 & 7. We were more then comfortable with pleanty of space. Good cooking facilities and pleanty of storage space 」
