「This was an awesome location and perfect lay out for 6 adults and one teen. Easy access to the beach, stores, sodas, and surf board rentals. Reasonable drive to Mangrove monkey boat, Manuel Antonio Park, Jacó and Resteraunt on the beach in Playa de Bejuca. I highly recommend this rental 」

「The entire experience at Casa Barracuda was absolutely perfect. The house itself was petfectly comfortable for six. Brian the manager was truly available 24/7 for any issues requiring his assistance. Tropical breezes, gorgeous beach, amazing sunsets around the pool, a well equiped kitchen that met every need, snd really comfy beds were the setting for the petfect stay. 」

「Location was great, specifically if you're into beach things. Grocery store in walking distance was helpful. Owner was helpful when required. Had staff cleaning the place every day and offered to do laundry for us as well. Place is showing its age a bit, but all in all it did the job for our crew of 11. 」

「The grounds of this home are even more beautiful than the pictures. It is a sensory feast - the gardens, butterflies, parrots, iguanas, songbirds, toucans, ocean and mountain views, smells of flowers and jungle - you just don't get tired of it. Only the bedrooms have AC, so the main living area can get warm midday, but the fans held a lot. The kitchen is set up well for making family meals (and saving money as eating out is pricey). 「There were 10 of us that stayed on the property. The location is amazing. The boys all loved their surf lessons with Cali he was out in front of the house daily. There’s a spot up the beach you can rent boogie boards or book a fishing excursion. The property manager helped arrange our trip to the monkey mangrove tour (a must do)and set up our zip lining trip. 「The apartment was really nice and spacious. I definitely recommend this place. It would be nice to have a drying rack for wet towels, etc. The road to the apartment is dirt, so when it rains the road gets very muddy and can have lots of cars, so is tricky for walking along. 」

「Overall this property is family friendly and nice. Walkable from most party areas in Jaco. The only issue I had with is the maintenance. The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that. 」
