「Overall this property is family friendly and nice. Walkable from most party areas in Jaco. The only issue I had with is the maintenance. The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that. 」

「The property manager was very attentive and responsive. The property was clean and well maintained with spacious rooms, nice patio and deck views of the surrounding areas. The kitchen and laundry facilities were satisfactory for the needs of guests. The pool and rear deck area allow for maximum viewing and recreational use. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect getaway.」

「Just the hubby and I, relaxing between work jobs. Loved the property and the area! So much to see even though it rained most of time! The directions were though to follow cause it was dark and raining, thank goodness the security officer helped!! Would love to go back again! Crocodile in the flooded driveway was so exciting to see, Wyo doesn’t have those!😊」

From the moment we booked to the day we left, he was always available to meet our needs, arranging airport transportation, coordinating the delivery and pickup of our rental car at the house, and ensuring everything went smoothly. The property itself is in a fantastic, private location, and we loved seeing all kinds of wildlife roaming the grounds. We’ll definitely be returning for another stay!」

「The Green Iguana is amazing! The location is perfect right in the middle of everything and easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores. The entry to the alley is a little sketchy at certain times of the evening/night, but no one ever bothered us.
