「Clean, warm and comfortable apartment. Kind and helpful staff, easy check in and out. Breakfast option is a bonus, but need to get in early, my favourite makovy pastry were running out quickly:) Pleasant stay, novy smokovec has lots to offer!」

「Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. 「Very spacious room, thought without a kitchen. Around 30 mins walk from the train station to reach the apartment, but can be reached by public transport as well. Few mins walk to the to the old town and can reach the supermarket in 2 mins. I needed to catch a train at 06:30 the next day and the staff was flexible enough to prepare the breakfast for me the night before. Highly recommended!」

「In the hallway there is a smell of garbage. There is no cleaning of the rooms and they don’t even empty the trash. The location is nice. House is nice. You can hardly see any staff in the reception. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours. Otherwise nice stay.」
