「flexible check-in, spacious room and great location! 」

「Great location right above the station. Easy access to local attractions - walking distance to most of them Service is superb. Very friendly and helpful staff that speaks English Would be perfect for those with longer stay as the room got washing machine, kitchen amenities so you can make yourself feel home One point to note though - the cleaning service is a little disappointed - the cleaner did not clean the leftover in the room. And somehow they put the scale from the floor to the sink...

「The best view of Ashinoko, Fuji mountian combined. You can't find another hotel has a better view. However the lofts on the first floor might get blocked views because of the yard fence and trees in the front. There's a 7-11 just across the street, which is convenient to get quick food. The only drawback is that this hotel doesn't have a restaurant and restaurants nearby closes very early in the evening.」

「The property itself is amazing. The room is very specious with kitchen and laundry facilities. The private onsen and foot bath on the balcony are bonuses. Very close to train station and not too far from 7/11. However, the check in process was a nightmare. We were meant receive the reservation number and the pin to get into the building, but that never happened. We were stranded outside in the cold weather for at least half an hour.
