「Our stay was very nice. The villa could use some updating but was clean. The couch is not very comfortable and would benefit with some pillows.」

The cabin was clean and the hosts provided lots of little extras (shampoo, bar soap, coffee pods). It is not a "luxury" feel....but everything is well maintained and very clean. Just know that, if you are bringing kids, there are a lot of young people who live in this area (great for vibrancy!) but the walls are thin, so, you know... later at night young people are going to do what you people are going to do and you can hear it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯」

「Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for...
