「This was a nice place to stay for a few days」

「Wonderfull clean and renovated 19th century bungalow. Super clean, great master bedroom and bath with comfy mattress. Petfect location, close to downtown Cedar Falls. Single downside was the tiny loft with tiny beds low ceiling. Good for kids only.」

「Everything surpassed my expectations. The rooms are nice and clean. The kitchen had everything we wanted and more. The sun room overlooking the river was warm and beautiful and so relaxing to hang out in on some very cold days in late November. The host is ver responsive and pleasant to interact with.」

「We stayed at the house while celebrating Thanksgiving at a nearby family member’s home. The house is clean and equipped pretty well. Nothing fancy but everything was as described. 」

「Enjoyed Thanksgiving and Christmas with our kids and grandkids! Room enough for everyone to play games and really enjoyed the outside hottub. Teens played pool and used the downstairs living room and didnt dis」

「Great space for our family to gather. Enjoyed being close to downtown. Owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. We hope to come back. We’ll make sure to pack food in smaller containers not too heavy to carry up the long stairway! Was a bit of a challenge for older family members. Good exercise!」

「This house was perfect for our group--we were in town attending sporting events at UNI. The home was very clean, the host was responsive and the neighborhood was very nice. I would recommend this vacation rental to others and would stay here again.」

「The property was very nice for our group, it was clean and updated. The location was great for us, close to both the nice CF downtown (check it out all with the ice cream shop across the bridge) as well as the main shopping area and key attractions like UNI. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, maybe due to the construction on the city street. Overall a great place to stay, I would recommend it.」

「Convenient location to Waterloo/Cedar Falls. Nice alternative to hotel. We visited family in nearby Cedar Falls, went to local parks, the Cedar Valley Arboretum and the Dubuque area. Host was always available when we had questions. 」
