「Stayed here for the music festival, with friends from out of state who actually own/operate VRBO property. Good location. 15min Uber drive from Lamar Dixon. Cleaning issues previously stated in other reviews NOT an issue. 4.5 for check in because all the check in details (passcode and wifi info) were different than received by app communications, but Rosevelt was very quick to reply and remedied immediately. Anything the property didn't have could be gotten by quick Walmart+ delivery. Over range...

「My husband and I are both from Patterson. He passed away three years ago and I did this trip with a friend to take pics and visit place we hung out at. The house was awesome. Heather was a great host. I accidentally locked my self out and she helped me to get back in and she was on vacation!!:). I will stay here again in the future!! I would have loved to see some local art on the walls! I may just have to send her some of the pics we took!!!!」

「Great location for convenience of dining and shopping. Very close to the Expo. Cleanliness of bathrooms was not appropriate for a VRBO. There were stains on bedding and only fitted sheet (no flat) on master bed.」
