“新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。”

“The apartments were nice and had everything I needed, at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and the floor plan was nice in the one bedroom unit. I needed fast internet for work and was happy with the connectivity. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a grocery store close by and it was easy to get an uber right at the front door. I didn’t try any of the restaurants nearby but there were a few. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. ”

“This is by far the best place in new Cairo. Best service and cleanest place to stay, everything is up to date with Plenty of room. This is definitely my favorite place to stay and I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a place in new Cairo. “This one bedroom, upscale top floor penthouse apartment, was even more than I expected. It was truly our sanctuary and our home away from home. This apartment fit us perfectly. The location was perfect. It is in the quiet neighborhood area of Heliopolis and El Nozha districts. Convenient to the airport, shopping, groceries, and restaurants. The wrap-around private terrace gave us amazing views of the city where we enjoyed our morning tea soaking in the beauty of our surroundings. The evening……

“This apartment exists residence tower of big shopping mall. Way to check in is bit difficult, but I conatct Mr.Eslam. He is very gentle and kind. He escorted us to apartment smoothly. and recommend very nice Egyptian restaurant near apartment. Nile river view is excellent. It touched my heart. This apartment exists next to busy road, so it is noisy until 2am. Cleanliness is totally good. We stayed here head of March, it still cold at night, so we used electric heater. It seems only few……

“Honestly,“you get what you pay for” is the best to describe this property. After it took 40+ minutes for me and my local driver to finally find the apartment,I was so disappointed in the condition of everything. It’s in a very dirty and loud neighborhood where mostly men occupied.the apartment is so old and the entrance is very dirty, Not to mention the family lives in the first floor who informed me I was in the wrong place, while letting two of their kids attack me with such curiosity……
