Irritating
We were new to this. Not real happy with the whole check in process. Didn't feel it was very user friendly. Also, trying to communicate with the manager was stressful and a chore. They give you a phone number but the person REFUSES to answer the call. He will text instead. We had to use a kepad punch buttons to enter the building. We kept having trouble with it and one night found ourselves standing outside at 10:30 PM not getting it to work. We tried to call the guy and stood biting our nails when he didnt answer,, finally got a text. We are 76 and did not appreciate the hassel. The furniture was the most uncomfortable ever. The bed was a small double bed! If they would have told us that we wouldn't have booked.... AND, oh yes,,, ONE wine glass. The bed was awful, the place was clean, but very unimpressive! When we did hear from the manager as we were standing outside his first comment was... you have all the information you need!

Cozy Modern
The location was perfect, right off the interstate and centrally located between everywhere we wanted to be. Very Modern style apartment but able to feel like home and still sit back and watch TV. The washer and dryer in the apartment made it very easy to head home and not have to dread doing all the laundry. Definitely will be staying here again!

This is a spacious modern, one bedroom, one bathroom apartment that is absolutely perfect! This was the 2nd time we stayed here and we will be staying again in the future!

Cleaning fee & supplies
Unit needed a better cleaning and was lacking on supplies - 1/4 roll TP, no laundry soap, 1 glass, 2 coffee cups & 2 drink glasses were not enough for 8 days. Had large size coffee filters for a small coffee pot - so we bought correct size and left for future guests. Bought paper plates & plastic glasses - but didn't leave. Would be nice if had room darkening shades in the bedroom! Over all it worked for us for 8 days, but could be improved.
