Entire Guesthouse hosted by Sophia

You’ll have the entire guesthouse to yourself. The upscale guest home is nestled near the Green Mountain and is just a few minutes to Golden downtown or 16 minutes to Denver downtown. Quiet neighborhood with access to many walking and bicycling trails and conveniently located nearby Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater, School of Mines, Colorado Mills Mall, coffee shops and restaurants. Seven minutes walk to Light Rail Station.

The guest home is a newly build addition with all new appliances. It has it own private entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, and a dedicated parking space. It's an ideal location if you want to take the Light Rail to downtown, to Pepsi Center, to Coors Field, or to the airport. It's close to the mountain and with I-70 corridor nearby, the nearest ski resort is only about an hour away.

There are lots to see any do year round from your little home away from home with all new appliances and modern amenities.

Property was perfectly depicted on the website. Clean, cute and would highly recommend.
It looked exactly as advertised. The only thing I would recommend is, it is not really suited for four adults - a little too cozy for our liking but would definitely book it again if we ever visit the Denver area. Very pleased.

Single night stay
This stay was in a great location and had everything we needed. The host was excellent at communicating with me for every question and concern I had , even months ahead of time when I booked the stay. We would definitely stay again and even consider it for a longer stay as a home base to explore beautiful Colorado! Would be perfect for a red rocks show too !

Hope you like dogs.... and barking. Were dog people, have 2 large dogs at home. We were woken every morning by their dog screaming. Not barking. Not howling. SCREAMING!! Think funny YouTube video. That isn't funny at 6am... or 11pm. We're not sure if the host was at work or running errands, but it would scream the whole time! Be prepared I'm fairly certain the previous reviews were fake.. we only saw the host at the Crack of dawn, waking us up by rummaging outside- next to our windows. Laundry room is not accessible. Nothing entertaining. No books. No games. Cards nothing. You will hear EVERYTHING coming from the house. Which means they hear you too. Be prepared. Now on to the good. It's clean. Check in was easy, check out the same. And it's located in a safe neighborhood. I would like it noted- this is the very first negative review I've ever left. I would not consider staying at this location again. doing.. whatever. Laundry

Nice little place, wonderful stay!
Sophia's place worked out great for us. Nice, quiet neighborhood, cozy but spacious for two, comfy and clean, well appointed, and everything worked. Nice little touches like a Keurig with pods, seasonings for cooking, and a drawer full of little bathroom items. Even a pair of stadium seats for our Red Rocks show. Five stars all the way!

Gem of a property
We were looking for a convenient place to stay for a Red Rocks concert when we reserved Sophia’s property. We definitely found that with a seamless shuttle ride ride from a hotel 10 minutes away but we also found so much more. The property is immaculately maintained and both comfy and cozy. The bed was great. The location is close to great shopping and we were in downtown Denver after a 20 minute ride. This is simply a gem of a find and Sophia is wonderful. Stay here if you get the opportunity. PS Sophia even provides stadium chairs to take to Red Rocks!

Convenient location
Efficient little apartment. Convenient location to Red Rocks and train to downtown Denver. Had everything we needed for a couple nights stay. Sophia was able to provide a book that had anything you need to know about the area. We would stay here again.

Host texted at 8 minutes after check out time to hurry up...we were CLEANING, left it spotless. We left and the door closed and locked on us...we had items left inside. Maid was supposedly waiting on us...but yeah she didn't show and the host ignored us. Hotels respond and are helpful. Also the shower is not adult sized. Very tight squeeze and I'm a size 10 woman. My husband was miserable with the shower situation s be forewarned. Dogs also bark a lot. And they have a lot of them.

This is a great place to stay if you are going to Red Rocks or into Denver. The drive to Red Rocks is short, and the hosts provided stadium chairs. It is just a short walk to a rail stop to go into Denver and avoid having to drive. T

Charming guest home close to red rocks
The host was very responsive to any questions I had, and the binder full of things to do in the area had me constantly exploring and having a wonderful time. At the end of each day I knew I was returning to a clean, and cozy guest home that felt welcoming. This guest home will be the first place I check for vacancy each time I return to the area.

A GREAT little place with a FANTASTIC host!
What a wonderful spot to spend our 3-week visit to Colorado! My husband and I wanted a small but functional, quiet home-base during our stay to visit friends and family all over the Denver metro area, and to ski. This guest house was perfect for our needs; it’s as close to skiing as one can get while still being in the Denver Metro Area, and we were quite happy that it was just a 5-minute drive to almost anything we needed including groceries, restaurants, gas stations, stores, a shopping mall, public transportation and local places to walk and hike. Sophia was a superior host! The attention to detail that makes for a comfortable and easy stay were all in place and that made it quite relaxing for us. It was incredibly clean, well-stocked, organized, and in a nice/quiet neighborhood. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests: including access to the laundry area, fresh towels and sheets, and cleaning supplies we could use during our stay. Some particularly nice touches included: a comfortable bed/pillows, overhead fans in living/bedroom, great lighting options throughout, comfortable barstools, an appointed parking space, a folder of local things to do/restaurants, hikes, etc., great TV/streaming system, reliable Wi-Fi, and great smelling hand soap! We will certainly stay here again! Thanks, Sophia 😊
