This unit has a kitchen w/ stove-top, bathroom, a pull-out loveseat in the living room and so much more including a gas fireplace, high speed internet and 185+TV channels. Right in the middle of all the action in beautiful Dennis Port, a hop, skip, and a jump away from amazing restaurants, cute shops, and fun for the whole family. Please note, this condo complex is waterfront with a private beach. This unit is does NOT have views of the water from the unit. A new shower for feet and body has been installed on the shed by gas grill.

PLEASE DO NOT move or take the complex's common furnitures (Adirondack chairs and tables) down onto the beach! There are chairs for beach use in the closet.

There is a parking pass guest can use for the entirety of the stay. Please return, failure to return will incur $50 fee to replace it. If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.
