Our flight to New Delhi airport was late(11pm) so we ordered a pick up service from Radisson blu paschim vihar and got the confirmation by Email. There is NO ONE at the airport after we arrived for 30 mins. We called Radisson blu paschim vihar and they told us the car is on the traffic jam so can not make it anymore, and they suggest us to take the taxi. But there is no any notice by call or email!! Just NO SHOW!! Really bad service from Radisson blu paschim vihar!!

The property has deteriorated over the years. The smell is unbearable. It needs a complete overhaul. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

The property needs a lot of maintenence... it is currently a 2 star property, rules are ridiculous for foreign visitors. Wi fi in hotel sucks. It is not very clean. Manager Gulzar was very helpful, but rest of the staff was alright. Room keys don't work most of the time. The water was very dirty in the tub. Do not stay at this property if you have high expectations or if you are an international visitor.

Run-down property! The room was stinking of humidity; the air conditioning was non-functional. It is not a 5-star hotel by any standard. Staff lacked professionalism.
The buffet was good.

The only reason I have been using this hotel for the last six years is that this hotel is close to friends & family that I visit. Otherwise, I won't go to this hotel.
Over the years and especially in my most recent visit, this hotel has degraded quite a bit. I have found the interiors to be dusty and barely clean. The staff is uneven: Some people are good but a lot of service is really slow.
The breaking point for me was that I had to ask three times for a laundry bag before they delivered.
The facilities are outdated and in serious need for update. In particular, the bathrooms are quite small and give a claustrophobic sense.
The breakfast buffet is below average and on one occasion, we found a hair in a curry that the hotel was very apologetic for.
We have tolerated this hotel for quite some time due to it's convenient location. However, in this visit, they crossed a limit and going forward, I will be using a different hotel.
