「We had booked this property back in Oct 2023 for our March 2024 holiday in Florida , paying all the money up front in October 2023 through Hotels.com .We received a confirmation number from Hotels.com and no further correspondence . We expected something further even up to the day we left , flying from Canada but assumed(Incorrectly) that the owner would meet us at the property or would send us something. 「Another wonderful stay at this property. This time we stayed in the Boho Nights apartment. Loved the vibes on the room. Way bigger than I expected and honestly if I could live there full time I would. Location is perfect for enjoying downtown Sanford. The backyard is enjoyable and I'm intrigued by the little rock lights. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe in staying at another one of their properties in 2 months. You cant go wrong.」

「The parking lot and exterior building clean , front desk lady pleasant and nice smile, hall way floors and walls filthy, elevator was a little ware out, room was clean baseboards could have been cleaned better in the bathroom. It's all about a little TLC and scheduling a carpet cleaner. 」
