「Very helpful friendly staff with the meals absolutely amazing 」

「The hotel does not look very appealing from the outside (barely recognisable as a hotel) and the lack of reception and breakfast in your room is a bit odd. That said, my room was as per the photos, airy, clean and comfortable. The manager was helpful and the breakfast in the room was perfectly fine. It was all ok for me for a few nights on a work trip, but not what I would call a leisure hotel. 」

「Lovely stay here before catching the ferry to NI. Was a fantastic size room with plenty of space for our LO to run around and play. Having a kitchenette with microwave oven was really useful after a long day travelling and meant we could easily make something in the room but there is also a great list of local restaurants and takeaways too.」

「Beautiful location with lovely, comfortable accomodation. The night staff were very friendly, accomodation and helpful on our arrival. We felt very welcome. However the day time reception staff were quite abrupt and rude not only to us but we watched a few other guests get 'told off' for petty things. Was rather unfortunate to witness. It spoilt the mood immediately. The lounge area was so relaxing with gorgeous views. The pool area was nice and clean but the floors are quite smooth and slippy!」
