「This was, by far, one of the best places we stayed on our trip. It was so beautifully built, very luxurious and very quiet. The breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. 」

「The place is amazing, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, cozy, and quiet... great value. Located within 2 minutes of ancient town, it is surrounded by shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and craft bars. A nighty market outside. Very safe, very walkable. A definite placevto return. Tony was great help and made mecfeel like family. 」

「We stayed in the penthouse for 5 nights and overall, it was a very good experience. The penthouse had 2 floors, linked by a nice wooden spiral staircase. For 2 people, it was quite enjoyable. On the second floor, there is the kitchen / dining area and the second bedroom (with a bathroom with a shower booth). 「Good hotel for a good price. Have already reviewed it for a previous stay so will not add much in this review. For our stay in Da Nang,that was in 4 different hotels in the 30-60$ per night price range, this hotel was our favourite. Mainly due to the room which was very big and exquisite and the closeness to fun stuff in the neighborhood. We did experience ants that were attracted to our open food, which we werebt prepared for and had to throw out as they were already setting up camp there...

「We ended up not checking in after viewing our friend’s rooms who had booked a day earlier than us. We decided to else where as there was black mold in the washrooms. It was more like a motel and the room does not look like the photos.」

「Lovely stay at the Present Hotel! It is very conveniently located so you can easily explore Hoi An. Place was clean and quiet. Checkin was easy. 24 hour front desk. I slept well and enjoyed my stay. 」

「離海灘非常近，如果有小朋友要玩沙可以跟飯店租借道具早上的自助餐非常多元好吃飯店還有一個小小的kids clud，小孩的放電好所在但是飯店的隔音非常差，臨近海灘大馬路，晚上到很晚都會有喇叭聲和吵鬧聲浴室沒有浴缸，抽氣循環功能不佳，有點可惜」

"一定要住飯店大樓內，villa比較多蚊蟲，晚上會被叮個滿頭包。跟飯店反應後飯店人員立刻幫我們換到大樓區，view很棒，泡澡也很舒適。服務人員絕對非常棒！重點是water park超級好玩，室外的也不遑多讓。非常推薦來峴港到這邊玩玩"

"Friendly staff, great view, great hotel. At first I was a bit skeptical about the quality of the hotel itself since it's been many years since the hotel was first built, but they sure maintain it very well. Super clean too, spotless even for the balcony or the very corner of the shelf. "
