"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "

"Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"Great location. Apartment was spacious. Breakfast plentiful and lots of choice. Only thing missing was a bedside lamp "

"Great views, room was good size for our family. Needed complimentary tea bags not just coffee satchels. Bit noisy during the night can hear all traffic and fireworks everynight all through the night. Pool was very nice but spa was never on."

"It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you. "

"Good stay and good location . Unfortunately, not easy to find by the crab taxi and in the maps! Quite a confused location as the signs no obvious at the main road. Easy way is mentioned stop at the Nanara Tun Razak building and cross opposite. That is the easy way . Air-co at Master bedroom has needed refill as no cold as infact hot heat coming out. Overall is a good place and this building still new ( under construction work going on) and not clear signs panel inside this buildings ."

"What can I say? This hotel is so convenient, clean and met our needs perfectly. A special shout out to the staff at the Aloft. The service here was phenomenal, especially housekeeping. Our room was spotless each day. What stood out to us was a very simple thing really, but it took some recognition and effort by whoever cleaned our room yesterday (we stayed in room 1908). So we have been traveling now for over a week and hit the laundry mat across the street to do a load of clothes. I brought a clothesline from home and hung many items that I wanted to air dry. While we were out, our room was cleaned and someone took the time to place a clothes rack with hangers in the room, to give us more space to hang things. It was such a simple thing really, but it took someone to recognize a need and then retrieve this and set it up in our room. We never asked for this, but found it incredibly thoughtful. "
