「This is a lovely studio with an amazing view! The pictures are just as the place is. Its not super luxurious but exactly what we expected. Super location...we walked to dinner at amazing restaurants each night. Julia the property manager is just lovely and even brought us extra pillows which was our only complaint. We would defintely stay here again.」

「Serenity in the Sand was perfect for our week stay in St. Maarten! Condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The view is simply amazing! We started every day with time on the porch watching the gorgeous blue water, all the sailboats. We also enjoyed watching the sunsets from the porch or the beach. 「This villa was absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. I found this property on TikTok and I’m so glad I booked it. There were a total of 6 of us and it’s more than enough space. The master bedroom has the most gorgeous view & one of the other rooms has a really cool photo-op on their patio area. This villa is very close to the airport and close to a lot of the different restaurants/night life. Keep in mind, this is a condo so you there are people above you and on the other side...

「Beach club was perfectly located for moving our daughter into AUC. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo was comfortable and clean. The air conditioners worked almost too well. Steps from Mullet Beach and a beautiful pool our other pluses.」

「The Property has a great terrace, pool and air conditioner. However, as we needed help, because we had no electricity 2 times and no water once, we couldn't reach anybody on both phone numbers we got! No one answered the other contact possibility we had: email! Expedia itself had also no possibility to contact anybody! And there is no reception or so. Besides of this, it is a really great spot to stay on that lovely island!」

TIP: Double check with property manager address prior to arriving. What was sent on our VRBO confirmation was a little confusing based on the address labeling.」
