Come vacation in this cozy two bedroom with one bath home. The home has been recently renovated. Just added a non touch sink and a UV light air sanitizing purification system . Which is proven to kill mold and air borne bacteria and viruses including the flu . Your health is our biggest concern . Perfect location on a canal with dockage for up to 35 ft boat right outside the back steps with a cleaning station. . .Located on last street in Venture Out towards the entrance of the canal for more privacy & easy access. Comfortably sleeps five adults. Your dogs are also welcome. Located at MM 23 in Venture Out.
*Venture Out Resort does charge a one time entrance fee upon arrival at the security gate. This allows you unlimited access to the boat ramp & other amenities on the property. Fee is $125.00 tax included .

Property was nice and cool. Bed too soft for us but otherwise worth the price. We did inform the owner that we had changed our minds about bringing our pets. As there are no outside cameras to verify the owner relies on the cleaning people to inform as to pet stay. If you run into this situation watch your back and try to provide proof instead of the integrity of your word. Charges were not reversed and we will not be renting in the future

Nice little stay north of Key West
Location was great. Door to bathroom was not working but we were quickly greeted by a member of maintenance and we were able to fix it once it was brought to their attention. The description of the 3rd bed was a little off due to just upgrading but we were able to make it work. Venture people were very friendly. Loved the closeness to Key West. Would stay again.

Nice "home base" stay for lower Florida Keys
Randy's cottage is located just a half hour from Key West. It was cozy and worked great for my wife and I and adult daughter. The place is kept very clean. The back door leads to a patio right on a canal. We had a nice evening sitting next to the water on the canal. The unit is in a secure gated neighborhood, with nice shared amenities. We would stay there in the future if we're visiting the lower Keys.

Great two-bedroom cottage at Venture Out
This was our second stay at Randy's cottage and we had a wonderful time. It is exactly as described, well appointed, with lovely water view in the back. This year he has a brand new, very comfortable sectional couch in the living room as well as a new gas grill in the back. If you've never been to Venture Out you're in for a treat, huge terrific pool, many great restaurants within fifteen minutes, and only thirty minutes from Key West.

Great Vacation Spot
We stayed here for a long weekend for our son's wedding in Key West. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect, close enough, and yet far enough away from everything we had going on for the weekend. Loved the back patio for relaxing by the canal after a long day. Randy was always very helpful available if I had any questions.

Le séjour a mal commencé car il est précisé sur l'annonce que l'entrée au poste de sécurité est gratuite mais j'ai dû m'acquitter en arrivant de frais supplémentaires non négligeables pour seulement 2 nuits. Si j'ai choisi cette offre de logement c'est bien parce que c'était gratuit.J'ai un dossier auprès d'ABRITEL mais toujours pas de retour malgré mes relances. Etant client chez ABRITEL depuis bien longtemps, c'est la 1ère fois que cela arrive, j'espère être dédommagé de ces frais. J'ai contacté la propriétaire mais elle ne veut rien savoir, elle dit qu'elle va faire enlever cette information de gratuité mais 15 jours après la mention de gratuité est toujours sur l'annonce !!! Autrement, un vélo était disponible à cette location mais le pneu était crevé. De plus, le ventilateur de plafond dans une des chambres ne voulait pas s'arrêter avec la télécommande, il nous a fallu pas loin de trois quart d'heure pour afin l'arrêter. Nous sommes déçu et nous ne conseillons pas cette location. Dans l'attente de la résolution de notre dossier avec l'aide d'Abritel.

Cudjoe Key Cottage
Nice place to stay in a convenient location to Key West. Place was very clean and kitchen was well supplied. A couple of nice restaurants near by. Large supermarket and other shopping at Big Pine Key a short car ride away.
