Only knock on comfort was that the bed seemed very very low and the sheets did not fit right. And a king should warrant 4 pillows instead of 3. All in all minor items and would gladly stay again!」

「This property is very remote but there is a small town about 10 minutes away. Host is very nice. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was no wi-fi internet, no cell service and no land-line. So we were completely cut off from the outside world and we survived! Host was very apologetic about wi-fi that was cut out by Hurricane Helene and has not been able to be fixed, yet. Only cellular service that works in the area is US Cellular. T-Mobile has a weak signal. Verizon and Spectrum have no...

「We stayed for just on night. The cabin was nice, it's a nice old cabin, floors were squeaky and loud, but I guess that added to the charm. The only complaint is the twin beds were as hard as a rock, felt like laying on plywood. Seeing the devastation in the area was also heartbreaking. The location was perfect for us to enjoy our family in Grassy Creek.」

「Absolutely thrilled with the stay and experience! Very much suggest arriving during daylight, as the trek up the driveway and remoteness of the location can be a bit overwhelming in complete darkness. Once we got our barrings in the light the next morning it was impeccable.

「We loved staying here. The home was very clean, spacious, and very well stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The area of Grassy Creek was quiet and serene but still not too far from great shopping and restaurants in West Jefferson. We traveled to the area specifically to find the perfect Christmas tree and there were several great choose and cut tree farms in the area. We were also lucky enough to get some snow while we were there which was so beautiful. We'll definitely be back!」

「My group and I had a wonderful time staying at this place! There were eight adults for a fishing trip and it was perfect. The property is exactly as it was advertised: very clean, beds were comfy, fully stocked kitchen, sheets and towels were provided. A few extras we weren’t expecting: a lot of games, coffee and snacks.
