「Looking for home away from home or somewhere even better? You found it! This place is amazing. Extremely clean, cozy & has call your needs. The pool is nice and heats up nice and warm. Not only does this house provide comfort, it offers fun & relaxation. The pool table, foos ball, ping pong & board games add to having some fun & calls for some great family time. The neighborhood is nice and centrally located to many areas & places. We really enjoyed our stay & highly recommended this place....

「The house was rented out by another company (Vacasa), listed on VRBO. The house was clean, although felt more like a hotel than someone's home. Good wifi, TV and pool, coffee maker. Close to grocery store and Planet Fitness (5-10mins drive).」

I reached out a couple times for assistance and wasnt answered or one time they said they would send someone to clean the pool and no one ahowed up. It was full of dirt and bugs. We werre able to skim them out mostly but would have lobes a vacuum. Overall our stay was good though. Cute house and we enjoyed ourselves.」

「Our first time to the area, heard so much about Deleon Springs. The room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. Met our host Garrett on first night, had a very pleasant and informative conversation and learned so much about the area, the Springs and the local town. Deland is definitely a hidden gem with so many shops and unique restaurants. Went to the Springs the next day using our bikes and the host-provided park-pass and swam around in the chilly, but very clear, Spring. Was hoping to...

「We booked this place due to the proximity to a birthday party we were attending in Welaka. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The setting is very serene. We only stayed a couple of nights, but it would be great for a week long getaway. The boat ramp was in good condition and there was plenty of parking for two vehicles and our large tritoon boat. We definitely recommend this place for your next trip to the river! 」

「House was awesome! Plenty of room (especially for a family) in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool area and backyard look out over the golf course so there’s plenty of privacy to sit out and enjoy the weather. Would definitely stay here again. 」
