The house was really clean and had al lot of space for everyone to spread out comfortably.The pool was honestly the star of the show as we spent hours in there and it was perfect for both the kids and adults. “Beware!! Do not rent this accommodation with VRBO. This is not a legitimate listing on here. We were scammed!!! We turned up and the managers knew nothing about our booking and had never used VRBO to rent it and it already had a long standing tenant there. It was a nightmare for us having to find alternative accommodation late at night after spending the whole day travelling there. It was a further nightmare trying to get the money back.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Montignac-Charente. The apartment is a short walk to the town center and we enjoyed stopping in at the patisserie and the cafe. A full grocery store is a short drive away. Our dogs also loved long walks along the country roads beside fields filled with sunflowers. Our host met us when we arrived, kindly showed us how everything worked, and even gifted us some apple preserves that tasted fabulous on our morning croissants. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us……
