「The house is lovely and in a beautiful area but has not really been set up for renting. The communication from the owner was poor, with no communication until just before arriving, and no instructions left for running the house. This then became an issue when we left. We had put all the recycling in the bins at the end of the drive. There was no bin or area for glass so we created a box with glass bottles in. This was then raised as an issue when we left, plus we were charged an additional £83...

「Fabienne was an amazing host, super friendly and helpful, regularly checked and cleaned the pool and even drove us to the local restaurant when our taxi let us down. The accommodation was versatile, large rooms, comfortable beds, amazing kitchen and great outdoor space with lovely spacious pool and good outdoor seating and dining. Good location near to nice restaurants, great local beach, vineyards, about 35 minutes from Bordeaux centre. 」

Die Lage ist toll: man befindet sich im ruhigen Nirgendwo, gleichzeitig bietet die Gegend eine Vielzahl an Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Schlösser, Strände, wunderbare Städte, aber auch Kajakfahrten) und tolles Essen....

「11 of us stayed in the gite for 2 weeks (6 adults, 5 children). The property itself is absolutely stunning. Exactly as the photos depict, although the kitchen was smaller than we thought it would be. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the living areas are very light & airy with so much space & the air con was amazing! Excellent WiFi & sound system in the house.
