「Second time we've stayed here, good leisure facilities, good location (5 mins walk to centre), breakfast included but can be long queues for buffet. Pity the parking is extra but not a deal breaker.」

「Good location, grounds and facilities. But for the price and a 5* hotel they were a few niggles such as the bathroom needed some bleach around the shower and sink plug hole ect. For the luxury they're advetising deep cleaning should be an obvious but didnt looked like it had been done. And masses of cobwebs around the doors to get into rooms. 」

「This was my second stay and my feelings are still mostly positive. The two minor things I wished they would improve are the game area on "The Now" level. Some games or items need repairing like the 2 guitars they hang on the wall, which were either out of tune or with broken strings. On top of that, the pool table and other games need some dusting too. Still, I enjoyed playing pool there. I enjoyed hanging out at the bar and I ordered 2 Long Island Iced Tea. 「All great apart from the charge of £20 per person to use pool facilities. Very disappointing as having travelled all day in the heat was looking forward to a cool down in the pool. 」

「I have stayed in two of the apartments (3 and 5) - both have an equipped kitchen/living area, two bedrooms with bathrooms, and a washing machine. Apartment 3 is on the ground floor. Apartment 5 is on the first floor (up stairs) has an additional powder room. The apartments are located in an annex within easy walking distance of the hotel and all the sites in the city centre, about 100 yard, close to the city wall and River Dee. Parking is a bit crowded - barely enough space if all the apartments...
