“Loved the atmosphere! Very relaxing, the pool was beautiful, staff was helpful, and the breakfast was worth the added cost!”

“Das Zimmer war sauber, leider etwas hellhörig. Das Restaurant war sehr gut, wir haben da jeden Tag gegessen. Die Nähe zum Meer ist auch sehr positiv. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist aber leider zum Parkplatz. Dabei ist der aber sehr praktisch und wir haben immer einen bekommen, auch wenn wir lange unterwegs waren.”

“Ottimo Resort, scelto per un week-end diverso, per staccare dalla routine. Personale gentilissimo, tutti molto disponibili e pronti a dare consigli su quali località visitare. Il cibo molto buono e vario. Ottima la possibilità di fare merenda direttamente a bordo piscina. Noi avevamo l'all-inclusive e devo dire che è stato davvero ottima, molta scelta di bevande alcoliche e analcoliche al bicchiere. Davvero soddisfatto. Ci ritornerò non appena possibile. “Beautiful property. We had a car so needed to drive to see other beaches , restaurants etc. Our room was clean but very outdated. You had to leave a deposit of 20 euros per beach towel. None of the beach towels matched, they looked as if they were left behind my guests at some point. We arrived around 1 after we landed in Olbia. We could not get a beach chair. The resort only had 10-12 on the beach. Absurd considering the number of guests! There are a decent number of lounge chairs by the pool……

“Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We……

“Super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit!! Das Zimmer war in Ordnung aber nicht auf dem neuesten Stand und etwas verwohnt. Die Sauberkeit war an sich gut, aber es waren Verfärbungen auf den Handtüchern und der Bettdecke. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind sehr schön. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt.”

“We stayed at Baglioni Resort Sardinia for five nights and, unfortunately, left feeling disappointed. For a 5-star resort, we expected a much higher level of service. Our experience started at check-in. With temperatures above 30°C, we expected at least a welcome drink or some kind of refreshment. There were also several issues with our room. We requested a bed rail for our daughter on arrival but never received one. Drilling work had to be done in the room, and the fine dust was never properly……

“Lovely grounds & pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms could use updating. It was a bit musty smelling- we opened the windows and that helped. The AC worked really well.”

“I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is absolutely not a four-star experience. The amenities are far below a four-star standard, and the equipment is also subpar. We had ongoing issues with the door—so much so that for the first two nights, it wouldn’t stay closed, and we had to contact maintenance multiple times. It was so unsafe that we literally had to sleep with the door open. Additionally, there is no 24-hour reception—we had to collect our keys ourselves at 3 a.m. from……

“Poor customer service ”

“un groupe de clim, sur le balcon, qui émet des vibrations à chaque redémarrage et qui résonne dans la chambre...une TV des années...avec démodulateur et de dimensions frôlant les 20' à tout casser sur un support dangereux pour les têtes. Une salle d'eau avec un cumulus débranché, les ampoules d'éclairage au dessus du lavabo carrément retirées, une lunette de WC un peu baladeuse...un petit déjeuner vraiment petit avec choix limité. je m'arrêterais là mais pour moi la troisième étoile brille……

“Den ene receptionist, hende der var der ved check ind var meget serviceminded, hvor imod den anden var sur og uvenlig. Stedet er rimeligt nyt og måske derfor også noget sterilt og uden charme. Poolen er kæmpestor men ikke særlig charmerende. Stranden er kun 5 min væk og et rigtig god. Hotellet har deres eget område dernede med solsengen og parasoller. Byen har ikke meget at byde på, der er enkelte fine restauranter ellers er der ikke så meget andet i byen. Husk myggebalsam, er er rigtigt……

“Schönens und ruhiges kleines Hotel mitten in der Natur Sardiniens mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Die Inhaberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns bei jedem Anliegen sofort geholfen. Lokale Tipps für Strände und Restaurants natürlich inklusive. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.”
