Unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. We had 4 rooms at this hotel occupied. On our 2nd night there we were asked to leave the pool area due to a traveling nurses room that was right above the pool area. Well excuse me, we didn't see how that was our issue, the front desk lady was basically saying the nurses stay was more important than ours when we paid for our rooms just like she did, we paid for the swimming pool amenity, we paid for our room to be cleaned... Apparently, it was to noisy in the pool area for her to sleep. Not our problem, why would you put anyone in a room right next to a swimming pool area???There was no one at the hotel that could help us nor was they available when we checked out on Sunday morning. When I called to talk to a manager/supervisor the next business day he basically said he could not refund any payment since it was reserved thru Expedia. Let me also say that the pool was not closed until 10pm and this happened around 7:30-8pm and the front desk told my grandkids that it was now quiet time. We will not be going back to this hotel EVER. Besides this issue, I had to ask 3 times to have my mini fridge cleaned out. I eventually went to buy disinfectant wipes and my daughter in-law cleaned it out. The manager said he went with housekeeping after the 3rd time i asked for it to be cleaned and watched them clean it. I told him yea, they cleaned an already cleaned fridge because we literally did it ourselves. Very bad, never again.
