「What's not to like? James is a wonderful host who was there whenever we needed him. The apartment was better than advertised, quiet, clean, and quite comfortable. Really a great base in South London, finding it was truly fortunate.」

「The property was clean, close to grocery stores. The uber drive to london took much longer than we anticipated, but that's not the fault of the property. We appreciated being able to drop off luggage at the flat before check-in. 」

「The apartment was fine, but the sofa was disgusting and I just could not sit on it for the duration of my stay. This was reported immediately, and the team did try to clean it up, but it was so awful they couldn't do much. Otherwise the apartment was fine and comfortable. The sofa issue spoiled an otherwise good experience.」

「The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.」

Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」

Worst carpark and hotel is soso

"It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)"

Good hotel room, worthy and not worthy

"There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. I didn't feel any difference with and without this IHG thing. I had free WiFi and breakfast were included."

"We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future."
