「Whole mansion is in a Victorian Style. Owner puts some much effort and passion in this place. Definitely should spend some time with him. The breakfast was wonderful. They even have some options for guest to choose. However location is a bit far from downtown and some of the decoration and photos could a little bit creepy when you have to pass them during night especially when there isn't many guests in the house. Besides there was no elevator should just avoid bringing big and heavy luggage.」

「Location was great & close to everything we had planned out to do. However, our room could have been cleaner. There was a giant hair in the bed when we pulled down the covers the first time. The tv remote was filthy & had sticky stuff all over it, which grossed me & my husband out. The rest of the facility was fine. But those two issues stuck with me. Your staff was quite nice & accommodating when we would ask for more washcloths & for restaurant recommendations. 」

「They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. 」

「Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful with ample outlets. Housekeeping was excellent. Only issue was not receiving a text from valet parking, enabling the ability to request our vehicle. Staff willing assisted, however. Rooftop bar was so inviting! Will definitely return」

「Check in was a hassel front desk person was not nice or professional i had informed her i was extending my stay and she was very rude about how i had to proceed. Morning staff was quite the opposite she was kind and professional took care of everything with no problems and kept me in my room. She saved the trip experience for me. 」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」
