Safety: Because the area is older may look run down but there is a security guard and people around the building are nice and elderly. When we arrived we had just flown in from Denver with a toddler, and we have been traveling for more than 12 hours, so we reached out to see if we could access the unit a little earlier and they were very kind in letting us do so.」

「This was one of the loveliest stays we’ve ever had. The host thought of every comfort detail, from signs that point out the variety of pillows available for comfortable sleep to a basket on the table with the fixings for a pasta dinner on the house. We also needed an emergency night added on and the host responded immediately and accommodated. The location is so convenient and safe. We would stay again and highly recommend! 」

「The place was clean and lovely. it would be nice to have a bit more coffee to make. I stayed 3 nights but only had enough to make coffee two mornings. The only other issue was the entry to the place. It was a bit precarious and I was grateful it was not wet. Leaving early in the morning, there was no lighting going up to the street. I would recommend this place. 」

「We had a quick trip to CO Springs in early November. The VRBO was fantastic. Very clean, great space. Exceptional Views!! First snowfall of the year and it was the perfect amount to add to the beauty of the fountains. The snow kept us from Pikes Peak but we did go to Garden of the Gods. Manitou Springs is a beautiful town as well. 」

「The house is convenient to downtown Colorado Springs, making it easy to access everything we needed. There were great dining options within walking distance. However, the home is smaller than the photos suggest. It was clean and decently stocked, but the living room couch was replaced with an uncomfortable IKEA sofa that fits only 4 people closely. The only other seating options are the 3 wooden chairs and 2 decorative chairs in the dining area. All beds were uncomfortable and felt like sleeping...
