"There is a parking fee of $14/night that I was not aware of until I got there plus a deposit and their explanation was not very friendly. The one functioning elevator also doesn’t sound very good, the second one was out of order."

"We visit Fruita once or twice a year and love to stay at the rentals managed by Kristy and Mike. This property worked well for 2 adult couples and our dogs. Comfortable large king suite, small queen room, well equipped spacious kitchen, and plenty of living room seating. Dining room seats 4-6 comfortably."

"Loved our stay at the Minturn Haus. Beds were very comfortable and the spaciousness and ceiling height made us feel at home. Very large dining room table but small kitchen. We elected to eat out with so many food options through the area. The wine theme of the apartment resonated with us but sure wish the wine bar downstairs was still in business. Everything was exactly as described and we would stay here again with pleasure. Thanks!"
