「It was a good bang-for-the-buck-stay. The rooms were small, felt a bit unkept, and bathroom had a odd odour. However, the restaurant and pool area where guests have free breakfast were all nice and comfortable. The area of Coco is touristy and definitely there is many better places to stay in Costa Rica such as La Fortuna, Monte Verde or Papayago - but if you need to stay in Coco than the Palms is very local to the most populated spots. 」

「Room was good for the price. We were unable to access our room because we couldn’t reach the manager to let us in. Had to wait at a nearby restaurant for an hour before she responded to our messages and then met us at the gate.」

「Definitely not as advertised. It was a very strange check in and check out process. The window into our room was broken and once fixed still had huge gaps in between panes that let in lots of sound and bugs. The staff were friendly, but I would never stay here again. I’m grateful my booking was for only one night. 」
