「Stayed in the tiny home/camper for a night, and had a wonderful experience. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They met me at the property to make sure I could find it (even though I tried on my own, thank you for lending a hand when I got a little lost!) and were very hospitable. The property is exactly as described and pictured, and it is very tidy and clean. I slept wonderfully, had a great cup of coffee while looking at the bay, and would gladly reserve this...

「The property and the cottage are just beautiful [very quiet] and incredibly well appointed. The bed is super cozy. There is no kitchen but the coffee station was great to have. Note that the cottage shares the property with the main house.
My husband and I enjoyed sitting by the river multiple times during our stay and we really appreciated our hosts’ hospitality and communication.
Thank you for the beautiful respite!」

「I was in the area for one night for business and had my young granddaughter with me. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. Lots of apps available on the TV. Location is close to plenty of restaurants and the beach. The continental breakfast was very nicely set and had lots of variety. I plan on coming back NOT for business just so I can enjoy another stay. Highly recommend.」

「The location was very scenic. The hosts were very nice and had everything that we needed upon check in. We enjoyed crabbing and fishing on the private pier and caught some crabs and fish. The RV was comfortable and spacious . Also enjoyed the fig trees on property and picking vegetables from the garden across the property. Would definitely come back for a long weekend getaway. 」

「My BF & I recently got engaged and hadn't had a vacation w/ just the two of us (sans family or pets) in 8 years. We wanted some place not too far so we didn't spend a lot of time on the road, near water, & relatively affordable. Sail Away at COBE it was.
It took us only 1-hr and change to get there from where we live 25 mins past Fredericksburg. Smack dab on the beach front Sail Away is incredibly convenient & easy. It's decorated just as I would decorate a beach apt. and it had everything one...

「The view was spectacular! It suited our needs and we overall loved the place and enjoyed our stay very much. For the price we paid we weren’t happy with the cleanliness when we got there. None of the furniture was very comfortable in the main family room. There were no cushions on some of the chairs and the furniture needed some attention! The outside needed a lot of attention as well. Even just a lawn would’ve been nice. But I will say we enjoyed ourselves very much and would come back again!

「New condo. It’s not beat up from renters yet so enjoy it while it’s impeccable! The best location on the waterfront in Colonial Beach. Walk to bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Fish off the pier in the back or enjoy the view from the balcony. Highly recommend this place! 」
