「The property was updated with plenty of space for the whole family. Great location, close to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Check out was the very simple, which was appreciated for our large group.」

「Location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. House was very cute. In fair shape for the age of the home. Everything was described exactly as listed. We had an issue with the A/C. Didn’t work the first day. Called maintenance on day 2. The unit was frozen. They brought us a portable unit and had someone come out to service the system at 6pm but it still wasn’t cooling. The portable unit got us through the night. However we were extremely hot for 2 days. 」

「Overall this was a fine place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. Our main frustration was that the host never responded to our texts or questions in the VRBO app. He answered the phone when I called once with a somewhat urgent question. We wouid have given 5 stars across the board had communication been better. 」

「We had the best weekend! Every detail is so well thought out and so intentional in ensuring the guest has the most relaxing and easy weekend. Fresh flowers in each room, the sweetest welcome, every opportunity to make the guest feel at home. There is no where else we will stay when visiting Savannah, thank you to Carmen and Jon for sharing their beautiful home with us, we can’t wait to be back! 」

「We had a great time in this house! Overall it was pretty clean and well-kept. My only complaint was there was a mouse and also some stains on our bed sheets. It was nice to be so close to the beach. I love all the different spots in and outside the house where we could just sit and hang out. I would stay here again! If you plan to stay here I just recommend keeping your food locked away because our little friend helped themself to our bagels.」

「Rental was just as described. It was clean, stocked with everything needed, plenty of room (including an elevator which was helpful for my parents to get up and down each level) - and very close to town and the beach. The rental company was very communicative throughout and quite helpful. Would absolutely recommend and we would certainly stay again!」

「My friends and I stayed for a long weekend. The location of this beautiful home is perfect! It’s in a quiet development that we felt very safe coming in and out at all hours. Also, only a 5-10 minute drive just about anywhere! The only thing that I would like to say is there are a lot of stairs so if you have knee problems be warned. We would 100% stay here again!! 」

「Super cute place to get away! Being just a short walk from the beach meant being able to watch the sunrise across the water. The main cottage is quite small, so don't pack a lot of stuff! However, the quaintness makes up it! The separate bedroom was a perfect oasis away from the kids, while being close enough to not be removed. We had a mishap with a lock, but management was super responsive and had the situation resolved in no time. The kitchen came super stocked with everything needed to...

「The room is actually quite big compared to most stand hotel room sizes. I would recommend putting in a small table with two chairs and maybe a full length mirror. The room was very clean plenty of towels and fresh bedding. Building was easy to find, was able to park right in front of our window. Entry was easy to understand. Very close to Cumberland island ferry and downtown area. Price was def worth it. Felt safe and clean for me and my children. 」
