「Great location. Great communication from the organization. They were very accommodating and kind to me. I extended my stay and they kindly checked in on me. The accommodation itself is great. It’s not a noisy area. The only thing I wish could have changed were all the stairs I had to go up with all my luggage, but I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for the lovely stay! 」

「This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!」

「All of our guests for the Hen weekend made the weekend fun and the local cimmunity were really friendly. Unfortunately I had a few issues with the host, Chris. I had requested an early entry by 2 hours and in short was told yes for £50 payment as he had to arrange someone to be at the house. 「I booked a hot tub weekend away for my husband and I to the Steadings and what a beautifully clean and comfortable cottage it was. The owners met us as we drove to the cottage to show us around. They had also left us a welcome pack which included a bottle of Prosecco, that was a lovely extra. We made full use of the log burner as it wasn’t the best of weather when we were there. "Hotel manger Monika is very helpful as I requested for twin bed but I found out that I did not mentioned on my booking. Rooms included free WiFi and location is good , just next to Charing Cross station and 15 mins walk to GLA central area."

"Yotel Hotel酒店房間內基本照明不足；且沒有提供如拖鞋、飲用瓶裝水、電熱水器、牙刷、飲用品、行李架等的基本用品或設施。個人覺得以一間“酒店”而非“青年旅舍”標準作為收費的房間，酒店方不應及不能借環保為由而去剝削或削減客人付費應享的服務、設備、日用品及客房清潔服務等，而實則是為減省自身營運成本及增加利潤。酒店所處位置不錯，便於出行、餐飲及購物。"
