「This is a lovely cottage and the hosts are very responsive and helpful. It is probably best suited for a warmer season fishing trip than a cold weather stay on the coast.The view from the cottage is gorgeous and the back yard is wonderful.」

「Lovely historic farmhouse but still updated with all the modern amenities you'd want. The kitchen in particular is in excellent condition and well stocked. Appreciated that there was even breakfast options like cereals out. It is likely obvious, but should be noted it is not walkable to anything and you must have a car to get to a grocery store, restaurant, town, etc. The hosts brought us fresh baked bread, butter and jam one morning, and it is the BEST bread I've ever had in my entire life. 「We had a great time over Christmas! Deirdre and John are wonderful hosts and their beautiful house offered us more comforts than we anticipated. We took walks to the nearby beach escorted by their dogs, we cooked and reconnected by the wood stoves, and we visited friendly towns nearby. We are grateful for the care and hospitality of our hosts who went over and above to help us properly celebrate the end of a hard year. We hope to go back!」

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au cottage de Kathleen. A notre arrivée, la maison était chauffée et nous avons beaucoup aimé le feu de cheminée. Elle se trouve au milieu d'une petite parcelle sans vis à vis, elle est spacieuse et bien équipée. La région du Kerry est magnifique 😍 Un grand merci à Kathleen 」

「A wonderful place with brilliant views, surrounded by ample countryside. Gwyneth was the best host one could ask for, very friendly and helpful throughout my stay and indeed for both settling in and heading out. The place was lovely to stay in, featuring every utility you could desire, and felt very welcoming and comfortable as almost a home away from home. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer! For any undecided, The Brown Hen is definitely worth a stay. 」

「The house was nice and quiet. It was advertised with a view of the ocean, however the hedge was so tall it was not possible to see over it for the view. In addition, the house could use a few basic instructions on the switches, stove, washer/dryer, etc readily available, in addition it would be nice to have a few more hand towels and hooks so guests can hang them to dry. Overall the place was a solid performer, lots of room to spread out; not walkable to a town but a short curvy drive in.」

「The apartment was in a great location, right on the waterfront a few minutes walk to the centre of village and great restaurants. It is spacious with all the necessities. We only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms as there were only 4 of us, but all beds were made up to be slept in with very comfortable bed linen. 」
