「The staff receiving us was nice. Although he didn't speak English (and I don't speak Japanese), he tried hard to run translations with his mobile app. We enjoyed the private family hot-spring, and are happy with the room condition. There are restaurants right next to uor room. We checked in late in the evening but one of the restaurants sitll open were happy to serve us before close. Nice staff and nice food. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relax stay.」
