「먼저 호텔은 아니고 에어비엔비 숙소를 호텔스닷컴에 등록했다고 보는게 좋을것 같습니다. 룸은 거실겸주방이 있고 여기에 2인용 쇼파와 2인용 식탁이 있고 공용욕실이 있습니다. 안방에는 퀸사이즈침대, 옷장과 함께 별도의 욕실이 있고 작은방에는 싱글사이즈 침대와 옷장만 있습니다. 3인가족은 넉넉하게, 어린아이가 있는 4인가족까지는 지낼만 할것같네요. 청소상태가 좀 좋지는 않았는데.. 이점은 콘도가 노후화 되어서 인것 같습니다. 하지만 수영장, 휘트니스센터 등 공용시설과 관광지들과의 거리등 여행적인 요소는 매우 만족했습니다. 추천합니다. 」

「Hard to describe as stuck in the condo during the worst flooding in chaing mai,s history.」

「適合渡假。地方寬敞舒適寧靜，員工有善盡責。但你必須要駕車。」

「Even though it was pretty cheap it still disappointed us. Well past its use by and dirty, bath and bathroom in general were dirty, floor had been swept but made our feet very dirty cinsidering that we are expected to remove our shoes. Would have been lovely once but not so anymore.」

「room is big, good bed ,and has all needed to make your meals,street restourants are on the wolk to nights atractins,」

「The place is cheap but it was dated, the room needs to be repainted and the room also has old wall outlets so if you have a computer then you need to by universal outlet there a store down the street next to KFC that sell them and don't bring food ants will come out of nowhere.」

「Good for taking photos but there is no one serving in clothing rental room. Not enough facility and restaurant. Staff service is not good. No hot water in shower.」

「The location is perfect. Stores just 100 yards away and right next to the street market! The C9 resto is great to! Neil was the perfect host. We will be back next year and will tell all our friends about it! Thanks Neil!」
