「I would 100% recommend staying here for larger groups! Very accommodating, clean and had everything we needed for a group of 7. About a 25 min drive to Bayfield to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We'll be back!」

「What a nice surprise! From the outside, the Sumac Chalet looked like a quaint little cabin tucked in the woods. But once inside the mix of finishes and furnishings were fun and inviting. There was even a SleepNumber bed just like at home and set it to 65 for a good night's sleep. First thing we did was hike the trail behind the cabin. Easy stroll through the forest ending at the shore at Roy's Marina. Other adventures included a ferry ride to Madeline Island to browse the galleries, eat...

「This rental is a perfect place for a small family or two couples to base their Lake Superior adventure from. There’s enough room for everyone to have their own space as well as room for everyone to get together to play a game or share a meal. Wi-Fi was great and kitchen was stocked appropriately.」

「Tucked away among trees, there was ample opportunity to hike in wooded trails. Not too far from Bayfield itself, and close to Frog Bay Tribal Park as well. Especially appreciated the large screened porch in the back!」
